Q: I never bought online. How do I proceed to order?
A: Easy! Just open the products you like and click add to cart. After doing this click view cart to see the total cost. You can also delete products at this point. Then you do the checkout to complete the order.

Q: Is it safe to buy online?
A: The payment method is proceeded through Paypal, which means, it's the safest way to buy online. You can use a Paypal account or a credit card. We don't recieve any of your bank data because Paypal keeps you protected. Paypal keeps you protected in case of seller's fraud as well (but don't worry, we won't do that!).

Q: How long do I have to wait?
A: Shipping time depends on where you live. It takes about a week to any country in Europe, and 12-18 days to other countries. This are just estimates provided by the post services. It all depends on the status of the post office, if they are delayed or not. Also it can take longer if the package gets stuck in the customs for safety reasons. If you need your order for a specific time, please have this in mind before ordering.

Q: What if my order is taking a long time to arrive?
A: We ship orders about once/twice a week. Also, we have no control over the shipping time once the package leaves our hands, sometimes the package gets hold in customs in your country. Please choose express or registered mail to reduce the waiting time. BUY A SHIPPING UPGRADE HERE

Q: I have never received my order, will you replace/refund it?
A: It's very rare that a package gets lost in the mail! Unfortunately we have no control over shipping, we cannot replace or refund lost packages unless they're insured. It's the only way to track and trace your order. 

Q: May i ask for different colors or details?
A: Yes, normally you can, please e-mail us with your request before ordering. 

Q: I have a shop. Can I sell your products?

A: Sure! We have good options for you! Email us to and we will send you the selling plans!

Q: Can you make custom products? How much does it cost?

A: Yes we love to! The cost is according to the item you want. Please send an e-mail with your idea so I can give you a price. It could take over 10 days to make the item.

Q: My item arrived damaged/I received the wrong item, can you refund/replace it?

A: Yes, we can replace it, please send a photo of the damaged item or return the wrong item to us and we'll send a new one. We cannot replace damaged limited edition jewelry due to low stock. And we do not refund.

Q: May I return my item and get a refund?
A: All sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the item is damaged, or if you got the wrong item. Please be sure when ordering.

Q: Does your Shop offer wholesale?
A: Yes ! Just click "WHOLESALE" on our top menu.

Q: What if I never recieve my order?
A: This has NEVER happened before but, unfortunately we cannot refund you for lost packages. If you want to be 100% safe choose registered mail to have a tracking number.

Q: How do i take care of my T-shirt?
A: We reccomend you to hand-wash them so they can last longer. If you use the washing machine don't use a hot water program. When ironing, dont ever iron over the print, heat will damage the print!

Q: Can I model for your shop?
A: We are always looking for new models, but we want people with experience. Before you apply, you must be sure you will be able to provide us pro-quality pictures. 

Q: How do I become a partner?
A: If you own a blog, a youtube channel, a band, a shop, can become a partner! We will support your work and you will support us too. Just e-mail us to with your info.
